My next phone.

My trusty Curve have lasted me about a year. And it crashed yesterday:( So, since it has gone through millions of my carelessness (dropping it a billion times, running under the rain with it, spilling blackberry juice on it etc), I thought that it's finally time for me to change phones. And I am going to change into the new curve at the end of this year! For sure!

It is super slim and it comes with a 5mp camera, and it runs on the new Blackberry OS7. So yea, I'm going to go on contract at the end of this month to get this phone. Seriously!

I am so gonna get this for my sisters/mum!

I saw this Vintage Asprey Lizard clutch in a Vintage Store and man I so want to get it! I'm not going to use it for myself of course (unless I drag), and I look at this and feel like this can look so nice when brought out clubbing or worn with a nice LBD!

Gosh, sometimes I wish i were a girl so i can hold these lovely items!

style icon mummies

These two ladies are my all time favourite style icon mummies! Just look at them, they both have given birth to more than one child and they still look hot. Not to mention they're impressive style!
If only l could be like them when I get older :)

Lazy Saturday

Considering I haven't blogged for almost a month (almost certainly a procrastination win, although I have been busy dominating uni assignments - hello, 72%, 80% and 85% for the three I've been given back already), I thought I'd add that to my list of things to do today.

I am currently simultaneously putting off doing two more essays, reading The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes (which was a Christmas present... goodness me, I need to catch up on my books), listening to the new Vampire Weekend album, reading food blogs and garnering the energy to get up and make a cup of tea. Or a pot of tea, thats always fancier and I am not wanting for teapots at the moment! In the sense that I have enough, not the sense that I don't want more. In fact, I ordered this bad boy from Modcloth only two days ago.

Isn't he adorable?!

I've also had a fairly productive cooking weekend, considering I'm now learning to get into the swing of 'broke uni student food' since my savings started dwindling quite a bit. We made a version of this on Thursday night:

Mushroom Bouyiourdi from Closet Cooking

It ended up being more like a hot cheese, onion and mushroom dip, but it was still pretty splendid. Somehow we've eaten half a kilo block of cheese since Thursday night, I think that was a major component of that. And possibly things like the following conversation:

Me: I'm hungry. Do you want anything?
Levi: Um, maybe, what are you having?
Me: Hmmm. I think a block of cheese. Want some?
Levi: I'll just have some chocolate, thanks.

I also discovered these on Not Quite Nigella, and now it is on my birthday list. Oh yes, three weeks on Monday, list coming soon! Not that I expect anyone will actually buy me anything, but I like pretty things and I like lists and that works out quite well.

Hanging out with The Hottie Of The Moment.

So I went out to Mid Valley Megamall yesterday with my cousin Jen and Her mom Helen. Apparently she had to finish up her Eclipse vouchers. I BOUGHT myself a pair of Eclipse earrings though. And Boy are they heavy!

I did also saw a kinda cute guy at Delicious Cafe while I was having a little lunch with Helen and Jen. I don't know if he was looking at me or looking at Jen. He was dressed Kinda gay-ly but he could also be Metro! Haha! It brings me to think about the time where Jen and I would walk pass this sunglasses shop in Wisma and argue about one of the workers in there looking at us!

You Spin Me Right Round, Like A Record Baby!

My new niece, Kayla Bianculli. She was born last week. I absolutely adore her!

I can't get that song out of my head. I think Flo Rida is such a genius. Because of his version, I went online to find the original song and also the remakes. I actually prefer the Jessica Simpson version. The chorus is so catchy and it's gonna be playing in Q bar soon!

So today I decided to spend my time with Inessa cause she is gonna leave for Perth tomorrow :( And I will only see her in 9 months time. She wanted to go to Wisma to pick up some of her clothes that she sent for tailoring. We practically walked around the mall just chatting, eating, and shopping.

For those of you who aren't from K.K, the pictures I am about to post up shows you abit about the city. Enjoy :)
This Kampung houses can be found if you were to take the higway to my place. Squatters. Yeesh.
The State Mosque. Apparently the gold tiles on the big dome is either gold or gold plated :)
Malaysian Cars, filling up Malaysian roads.
A government school. Ewwwwww.
Look, the firestation, among many that can be found around town.
OH MY GOD! Another Malaysian car :)
Grace Court. I know a friend who stays here. It's just like 2 minutes away from town.
Wawasan Plaza.
Kota Kinabalu Times Square. We have our very own time's square. It sucks though.
Those flats there belong to the police forces. Apparently all the police who can't afford their own place to stay cause their pay is low stays there :)
Api-Api center. Apparently this place is called "Api-Api" because there was a fire that started there once upon a time ago.
Inessa. My driver.
Some old shop lots in K.K.
Center point during rush our.
Some random cafe in some random park in the middle of town.
Segama.
Transformers!
I ordered this meatball pasta. It wasn't nice.
Poser.
Inessa got something from this "Now" shop. A very nice pencil skirt.
One of the many things found in my "man" bag :)
Little g BIG G! So Gay, So Jay!
Trash found inside my bag. Sunnies, Wax, Camera, Fags, Perfume to name a few :)
My two best friends.
The food court in Wisma, also the place where they serve the best overpriced chicken rice in town :)
I ordered my meatball pasta from this stall.
The shop says "he and she" but they don't even have anything for men.
Another random store.
Handphone shops. Among many other found in the mall. The phones are overpriced though.
Inessa, Paying for her pencil skirt.
If you look at this picture closely it looks like I only have one leg.
Golden Hill. I live here :)
I just took this picture of a random immigrant working at my neighbour's house :)
