In High Court, London, Judge Eady obtained disclosure of the identity of a policeman who was anonymous blogger on the Internet and wrote about police and judiciary. Evening Standard reported: "Rejecting the argument that all the blogger's readers needed to know was that he was a serving police officer, the judge said that it was often useful, in assessing the value of an opinion or argument, to know its source."
So why is it that Dr Helen Bright could not have the transcripts of her hearing in High Court? Or Dr Rita Pal?
