Enough of Weinergate, let's talk about Elmo.

I was hoping this was the end of Weinergate, but apparently everyone wants to get in their 15 minutes of fame before we can finally call it a wrap.- Ginger Lee, we see you.- Andrew Breitfart is peddling his book, so this couldn't come at a better time for him. I wonder if he talked about all the deviant s&^% he did while he was at Tulane? (I am not just talking partying and drinking.) I sure hope so. No one wants to read a sanitized version of the truth.

The guy was everywhere today, and he was gloating over his latest liberal scalp. It must be nice.

And why not? Even mainstream news organizations want to get into the act.( ABC paid how much to license those photos?)

Anthony, you should have listened to me and came clean. This would have been over days ago.

Anyway, I hope you don't resign. If David Vitter can pay a prostitute to have sex with him and still get reelected in very red Louisiana I am sure that you will be fine with your constituents. Don't listen to the hypocrites on the right calling for you to step down. Ask them why they weren't saying the same thing when Vitter was faking a public apology and going all Jimmy Swaggart on television. At least you apologized; Vitter, on the other hand, not so much. Diapers Mr. Vitter?! Now there is a freak.

Anthony, call another press conference tomorrow and tell A-merry-ca that you will resign if David Vitter resigns and let's see where the chips fall. Who knows? He just might do the right thing and do what his predecessor -another hypocrite from Louisiana- did in the midst of the Clinton Lewinsky scandal, but I doubt it.

Finally, just when you thought that wingnuts couldn't get any nuttier, they do.

Now they are attacking Elmo for being a liberal and having an "evil conservative bias". And what's really pissing off my friends on the right is that they believe that the Sesame Street gang is dumbing down black and Latino children. Yes, you read that correctly. Not a poor family structure, not a lack of a proper education, and not a lack of proper resources in their homes; but Sesame Street.

Still, I am disappointed. I was hoping that the Cookie Monster was the most liberal of the bunch. He is my favorite. [Story]

I have got to get out of the lawyer game. It's getting way too dangerous. I bet the last person this poor lawyer expected to take him out was some 73 year old guy whose wife he represented in divorce case. Seventy three and the guy goes all Rambo and s&^%. Then he kills himself. *shaking head*

He was a perfect candidate for one of Dr. Jack's bedtime mixers. Wait.....Dr. Jack is himself now dead. (Save the jokes)Never mind.

My racism meter must be dropping off as I get older, because lately I have not been seeing racism where some folks claim they see it.

Take this latest from some French sociologist, for instance. Dude says that the Smurfs are racist and anti Semitic, and that there is some Nazi subliminal thing going on with the entire franchise. Really? The Smurfs?

Hmmm, "blue racism". Nope, I can't bite. I am too busy chasing the white one.

Has Anthony Weiner stopped talking yet? Please make him stop! What's sad about this entire episode is that it might take away from something very important that Weiner is doing: pushing for an investigation into the shenanigans of Uncle Clarence and his wingnut wife. Yes folks, at least for now, Andrew Brietbart and his wingnut friends seem to be getting the upper hand. For now.

Then there are black writers wondering out loud if Weiner was black would we be making jokes at his expense. Let me answer that for you: Yes! As someone in the comments section mentioned in the post that I linked; Bishop Eddie Long is Exhibit A.

Finally, I see that Florida is drug testing welfare recipients. Good luck with that. Hey I know Rush is glad that he doesn't need a welfare check. He would never qualify.

But don't despair my drug addicted friends, you could always move to Brazil. I hear that they have a new strain of crack there.

It's a nice helicopter, but can it stand the load?

I have a feeling that this is going to be one of those crazy summers for stupid human tricks. Already the heat is getting to you Negroes and you are rioting all over the damn place. (What are you Negroes doing at a water park? You know you can't swim.) And, here in Philly, white folks are stabbing each other over beer. For all you do this dagger is for you... Let me stop.

Anywhoo, speaking of stupid humans; it seems that the conservative governor in the great state of New Jersey decided to take a helicopter to watch his son pitch in a high school baseball game. Yes, you read that correctly. The same governor who is making more cuts than an Amish butcher in his state thinks it's cool to use a state helicopter to go and watch his kid pitch. It must be nice to be Governor Krispy Kreme. What's a measly $2,500 an hour in the big scheme of things? Well Gov., if that 12.5 million dollar copter had crashed it would have been a big deal. (No pun intended.)

This guy will make a perfect GOP candidate. Like the rest of his gang, do as I say not as I do seems to be the modus operandi.

Still, the people of Jersey shouldn't be surprised, this guy has always treated them as if their needs are secondary to his. Remember his little vacation while his state was covered in snow? Follow this link, it might jar your memory.

Finally, I like Anthony Weiner, I really do. I always love the passion he brings to the house floor and the way he seems to grasp all of the issues. I loved the beat down he gave Megyn (I am a fraud) Kelly when he appeared on the FAKE NEWS NETWORK, and his in your face style of debating. But if this twitter story turns out to be true, I really have to question his judgement.

I am still waiting for all of the facts to come out, but right now it's not looking good. Remember Anthony, when it comes to these types of things; the cover up is always worse than the original sin. Just ask Brett Favre.

Profiling and smear jobs.

I am trying to wind down from my Memorial Day activities and get back into work mode.

I just got home and already my inbox is blowing up with folks behaving badly.

First, a SWAT team in Arizona shoots and kills a decorated Marine because they thought that he was a drug dealer. The man was unarmed.

And then, just to show that Northern states aren't immune from this type of ignorance; the po po in Massachusetts shoots and kills an unarmed 68 year old grandfather in a drug raid. He was not a target of the investigation. (This happened awhile ago, I swear I can't keep up)

Finally, (and this one pisses me off) former NFL star,Warrick Dunn, was profiled and stopped by the po po in Hotlanta because they thought he had the "characteristics of people transporting guns and drugs."

This story pisses me off because-for those of you who don't know- Warrick Dunn's mother was a police officer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and she lost her life in the line of duty while trying to protect and serve her community. Warrick Dunn has done tremendous work in the community while carrying on his mother's legacy, he did not deserve this. Actually, I take that back; no one deserves to be profiled.

Anyway, I am out, I have some work to do around the house. I am going to read more about this latest Andrew Breitbart smear job . If Anthony Weiner is innocent of what he is being accused of (sending a pic of his johnson -via twitter- while it is at full attention to an unsuspecting young lady* ) he better come up with a really good lawyer, pronto.
