Is something in the works...?

Here's an odd exchange from the trial of mass murderer Anders Breivik:

As the hearing concluded, prosecutor Inga Bejer Engh asked Breivik: "How is your empathy?" Breivik did not answer but asked to have the question put to him again Friday, saying it was important.

I don't like the sound of that.
