The Members - Offshore Banking Business

On this date in 1979, The Members released their third single, "Offshore Banking Business". The B side was "Solitary Confinement", a remixed version of their debut single. The original of the B side appeared on their debut album, At The Chelsea Nightclub. The A side was a non-LP track that was added as a bonus track when the album was re-released on CD as was the new version of the B side. The single reached the #34 spot on the U.K. singles chart. The Camberley, England punk/post punk band released four albums before disbanding in 1983.
